Activities

This powerful activity view displays a review of the next week's activities. It can include one or more users, filters to set activity types, groups of contacts and selected date ranges. The panel can be printed as a report by selecting the Print Icon from the Dashboard toolbar!

30-60-90 Day Activities

 

TopLine Dash can include up to 25 panels in one view. This four-panel view summarizes an activity report for a set period of time. Easily add or drag and drop panels.

Calendar Views

Using TopLine Dash you can set a dashboard panel to display individual users calendars.

 


Companies

The Company dashboard panel shows an interactive graphical display of your companies and can be grouped by record manager, by industry or any company field from your database!

Contact Query

The Contact Query View allows data to be displayed in your panel using the ACT! advanced look up feature. The data return is based on criteria set for one or more fields from the contact or opportunity tables. You have the option to view this data in a list and/or graphical view – both are interactive!

Histories

If you are interested in measuring performance, the History panel can display a report showing cleared/completed activities from ACT! The filtering allows you to select any history type, date range and users with your choice of fields to display from the Contact, History or Company tables! If you want to send an update on a critical history entry, the dashboard includes the option to send any history entry via email directly from the list view. As with most dashboards, you can return data in a list or graphical view and print if you need a hard copy report.

30-60-90 Day Histories

The history panel can also be grouped to show multiple panels for a 30-60-90 day review. This history panel reflects past activity. Drill down on the bar charts to view further details.

Key Performance Indicators

Key performance indicators (KPIs) display a total count for activities, histories and/or opportunities. Filter this dashboard by user or data type; export to Excel or easily print your report!



Notes by Dates

Have you ever wanted to view all the notes that you entered into the database in a compact, easily customized view – that can be exported into Excel? This can be a dashboard view displaying notes by date range, user or group, with the option to display any field from the Notes, Company or Contact tables!

TopLine Dash provides a panel to report on products, which is not available using ACT! You can compare product totals by sales stage, by user and include any fields from the Contact, Company, Opportunity, Activity or Product tables. Graphical views allow drill down into the associated opportunity.

Opportunity Queries

Conveniently view opportunities by using the advanced query feature native to ACT! Just as the Contact Query can access data from multiple fields or across tables, the Opportunity Query does so as well. For example, display all opportunities from a particular city or state for the next 30 days where the Contact ID/Status is a customer and the opportunity is greater than a set amount of dollars.

What's New in the Database
