As a life coach, workshop presenter, and business owner, it is extremely important for me to stay on top of all my contacts and follow up with them effectively. I’ve used ACT to manage my contacts for about 5 years. I recently upgraded to ACT 2004. Although I was aware that ACT is a very powerful contact management system, it wasn’t until Bob Hanley assisted me that I realized first hand how powerful it was.

Bob helped me customize ACT for my particular needs. Working with him for a short amount of time, I was able to save a considerable amount of time with the tasks that I perform most. I now have ACT on my Palm Pilot, making things so much more convenient for me. He gave me lots of tips that I wouldn’t have figured out on my own. One thing that I particularly like is the activity series that I can use for following up with my clients.

Thanks to Bob and ACT, I’m no longer hand addressing follow-up postcards to my contacts. I’m very grateful for Bob’s assistance. He shows great interest in and concern for his clients.
