I hired Bob Hanley 6 months ago to teach me the basics of using ACT!. He came highly recommended to me and I am very glad that I have had the opportunity to work with him. Bob has saved me countless frustrating hours that I would have spent trying to learn ACT! on my own. I find him to be patient, understanding, and above all extremely competent in teaching and using ACT!. He answers my calls quickly and many times has put his personnel life aside to help me with a problem. He's great! Thanks to Bob I am now enjoying and benefiting from my ACT! software.
